Steve led the owners and management staff through a marketing audit and planning process that has helped us to identify and implement a winning marketing strategy for our business. As a result we have recently invested in a laser-engraving machine, which has enabled us to increase our range of personalized products and differentiate ourselves from our competition. We needed to bring our marketing collateral up to date and did not have a marketing manager to take the project on. Steve from Activate Business Development was able to start immediately and work with us as a part time marketing consultant. Steve has gained a detailed understanding of our business needs and put in place the marketing we needed including; an editable website with content management and analytics, a CRM platform, six sided brochure and an advert in the local media. Steve has also been sending email campaigns and set up a direct mail system to contact our database. He used a telemarketing agent to follow up these mailings and book appointments for our sales team.

The process involved four consultative meetings with Steve to discuss the marketing we had in place, and plan what we should do to achieve our business objectives. Our Marketing Action Plan has set out key ideas and objectives starting with our website which has since been rebuilt to a far higher specification. We have identified our keywords and started a PPC campaign to increase traffic.
